Ik heb na dat ik de fiets 1 maand had het probleem al gemeld aan de fiets . Helaas heb ik niet een nieuwe controler gekregen toen. In de garantie tijd . Nu moet ik de controler zelf betalen terwijl het probleem al na 1 maand bekend was maar niet opgelost werd . Ik zou graag het geld van de controler retour op mijn rekening krijgen. Als compensatie omdat ik de fiets niet goed kon gebruiken.
